Welcome and Good Day!

This is Snowflake the Elf Reporting from Santas workshop on the North Pole.

With the holiday season almost upon us, Santa has asked us to send out this most important message.

In years past, Santa has run into considerable trouble piloting his sleigh driven by reindeer to a safe landing, with last year having the highest rate of safety violation. We have been debating this problem over for many months at the North Pole and have come up with a plan to help keep Santa Safe!

The committee for the safety of Santa has come up with a standard landing site, tree placement, present placement from tree, and the most important where the cookies are to be placed plan.

Please review this document and add your modification to the plans. After you have made your modification then please return to the North Pole in the pre-paid envelope for approval by the plan examiners (department of structures) at the North Pole. We will then return the plan with the proper stamps and perforation to use for your planning for the big holiday after our review of your modification.

We apologize for such short notice on these most important improvements. But after the near multiple fatal collisions of last season, it was decided that the new landing requirements would help keep Santa in his newest version of his sleigh from last year.

The planing committee has designed this plan to accommodate the next couple of generation of updates on Santa's sleigh, so no improvements in the foreseeable future will be needed.

We Hope!
